Mid-Century Ranch homes from the 1940s and 1950s are the most common real estate you will find in Peter Howell, with conditions ranging from fully remodeled and ready for move-in to a renovator’s dream starter home. In addition to being another quiet Central Tucson neighborhood, San Clemente residents can easily walk to the golf course in approximately 20 minutes, or take an easy bike ride and be there in less than 10 minutes.

San Gabriel

Located just south of San Clemente, San Gabriel is even closer to Randolph Golf Complex’s entrance. A short walk across the pedestrian crosswalk (located near Hayne Street and Alvernon Way) will take you to the aforementioned Reid Park Bike Path, and the driving range is also easily within walking distance. 

Southwest-style adobe homes and quaint bungalows are common in San Gabriel, and when homes are listed in this historic neighborhood, prospective buyers take notice. Despite its popularity, the homes in San Gabriel are modest and ideal for families or short-term rentals.

Randolph Plaza is located just south of San Gabriel, and features a variety of popular restaurants, thrift shops, and a Fry’s grocery store.
